|Recommended: YesIt's fine. — The apartment is fine, but management can get a little testy. There is rat poop in our apartment. We have called and submitted work orders, but it hasn't been cleaned. Management told my roommate that we need to clean in ourselves even though it was there when we moved in.

|Recommended: NoGood apartment and community, lots of CONS — I love the apartment itself, it's pretty dated but it's a good size and I like that there are two half bathrooms and private rooms. The pool and courtyard and clubhouse is also nice. Cleaning and management could use a lot of help and redirection. There were so many holes and chips in the walls, paint, and and baseboards of all the rooms in our apartment, as well as MOLD in the bathrooms and ceiling and RAT POOP on top of the cupboards. That is never okay, especially for a facility that says they do cleaning checks and require a clean environment. The parking itself is terrible. For one, it would be nice if Alpine Village provided some sort of overnight visitor parking and provided a temporary paper to show proof and verification. Two, I was supposed to receive a parking pass for this year, but after talking to someone about fees they accidentally took me off the list and now I have to go through the trouble of waiting 4-5 months for a parking pass I was originally supposed to have - how is that my fault After talking to the office, they told me the office does the waitlist and you move down according to the people that sell their contracts - why do they not have enough spaces for all the residents, anyways And why do they say that when there are, in fact, plenty of available parking spaces underground still open towards the back Overall, it's an alright apartment, but there are lots of things to improve, not just say Thanks for the feedback, we'll take it into consideration.
|Recommended: YesReally Good Place — Alpine Village is a really good place to live. The apartments are quiet and well kept. Overall a really great place to live.
