We're sorry to here how frustrating the parking situation has been for you :( This problem is very common throughout all of Provo. We really wish we had more space to make more parking spots. We actually boast one of the higher resident to parking ratios across BYU Housing :) Make sure you are on our waitlist, and as soon as a spot opens up we will let you know!

|Recommended: YesAlpine VIllage Review — It's a great place to live, very open and friendly community, and there's always something to do. The apartments are roomier than expected, the only downside is parking.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place - Needs Maintenance Work — There's loads of space in the apartments, and all the countertops and appliances are new enough and kept in good shape. The only drawback comes with minor damages to the place - cabinet drawer handles being broken, freezer not closing securely, front door handle only opens if pulled upwards - but I'm hoping to see if they'll fix these soon. The gym is great, as is the pool and the staff here.

|Recommended: YesNice but not worth the price... — From the photos online the rooms looked to be all remodeled or at least a few years old. The apartment I have seems older, had dirty things inside LEFT BEHIND by the last residents but apparently it passed inspection somehow. I moved into my room with dirty walls that have odd permanent yellow stains on them and other marks on the wall that will not come off. Having a room on the first floor is annoying as it is an older modeled room that I definitely pay too much for, people are constantly walking by the back where our windows are so we keep our blinds closed for privacy except in the living room, and other apartments above are lucky enough to open their back sliding door for cool air without anything from the ground walking in or people having the ability to come in. I think they should have certain levels have their own rent cost and not have it be all the same.
If you live here know it isn't going to be a perfect experience. Things were things missing and broken upon move in which became our problem, that we luckily didn't have to pay for, but still had to deal with. For the overall price of rent, utilities, and parking the price is too much and not worth it. If you don't have a parking pass good luck parking near by as they don't have enough spaces for the number of residents that can live here.
I am also not staying the entire year lease as I cannot afford it and they only do year long leases unless you sell it. I would say this place is probably better than a few others or an old house people rent rooms out in, but I'm sure I could find something better.
