|Recommended: YesSolid place, if it were cleaner it would be 5 stars from me — I like this apartment so far. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, maintanance requests are filled remarkably fast. The rooms are nice and so are the amenities, clubhouse, and pool. Unfortunately some of the walkways drain poorly which is especially bad in the wintertime. You are close to pretty much everything, stores, bus stops, restraunts, and campus is a decent 15-20 minute walk away. The parking is good and I haven't had any reason to complain about the noise level so far. The matress is a little uncomfortable but nothing a little bit of my own extra padding couldn't fix.
My biggest complaint is that the cleanliness standard isn't enforced well. Unfortunately some people are more willing to take a 35 dollar fee than spend 10 minutes cleaning. When I moved into my apartment the showers and toilets were disgusting. Several other things such as carpets, vents, the kitchen including stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refridgerator , clearly hadn't been cleaned thouroughly if at all. I recieved an email describing my cleaning duties, which I am more than happy to do, but from what I have seen and been told by others, these cleaning checks are not followed up on. I will clean up my area, but I was very unhappy to move into someone elses filth

|Recommended: YesBetter Than Other Provo Housing but Room for Improvement — Overall, the property and maintenance staff is very good at acting and communicating when we have any issues. So far, we haven't had anything major which is a win in my opinion. The apartment is very expensive but in comparison to other complexes with similar prices it is defendable. However, there are certain amenities that are constantly unavailable which is a bit annoying. My main complaint is noise, since we are not far from the Football Stadium there is some noise early morning and late at night, mostly during football season. Not a big deal since it's usually not too extreme but I have been woken early by a Saturday game. The hot tub and pool are supposed to be closed at 10 but people constantly break this rule often making noise until midnight. It isn't the worst thing but happens often when I am trying to get some sleep before an early morning.
Parking is expensive due to competitive rates but I haven't had a hard time finding a parking spot ever, which is very nice.
