|Recommended: YesMediocre — Nice apartments but Alpine is trying to jack you out of money. Takes days and sometimes weeks for maintenance to show up to do anything. If you have a parking pass, you're fine, but not, goooooodluck. Guest parking is a joke

|Recommended: NoNice Apartments, No Parking — The apartment is nice and the accommodations are numerous. The staff is kind, but there is not enough parking for residents. I had to find parking and I have to walk about five minutes to get to my car.

|Recommended: YesParking — The parking here is awful. There are not enough spots for everyone like there should be and street parking is also limited. I often find myself parking far away and having to walk a long ways to my place. It makes me feel unsafe for myself and worried about where I leave my car.

|Recommended: NoWouldn't Recommend — This place would maybe be worth it if it was 400 but I'm paying over 600 and Alpine Village is not worth that at all. They don't provide wifi, the TV's hardly work, couches are beat up, utilities are ridiculous 60- 95 each month , parking is 40 a month, don't love their management team, etc. I've lived at brand new places that are half the price.
|Recommended: YesHigher Quality Living — Love the environment here at Alpine. One of my favorite places I’ve lived. Super friendly staff and quality living. Appreciate the amenities, all the bang for my buck. A little noisy from the neighbors sometimes, but other than that few to no complaints
