|Recommended: YesEverything I was looking for — Amazing location BYU student so I have easy access to campus while having a well constructed newer apartment. Great layout Relatively simple to navigate to your apt once you get used to it.
response from property -Thanks for the great review! Let us know any other way we can improve your experience here!!
|Recommended: YesOther than parking it’s pretty good — i’ve only lived here for a few days, but other than not having a parking space yet, it’s a great place to live so far
|Recommended: YesGood place — I’d love here. The rent is a little here for the fact that all the amenities are broken
|Recommended: YesInitial Inspection — I really like it here It's cute and well kept and I would definitely recommend it
|Recommended: YesGood in general — I love the sweet and spacious apartment in general. The only problems are the bed mattress and drawers in the bedroom that are not working well.
|Recommended: YesGood place — It’s a decent sized place that seems to be well kept.
|Recommended: YesLiving — This is a nice apartment with a really nice courtyard. Everyone who lives here is super friendly.
|Recommended: YesLiving — This apartment is very nice compared to most student living. The kitchen has nice space and the bedrooms are well organized. Could make both showers big instead of one big and one small. There is no need for the extra shelves.
|Recommended: NoWorst apartment actually breaks the law — STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE. VIOLATED TENNANTS RIGHTS AND ENDANGERS RENTERS. MODERATELY WORSE THAN BEING HOMELESS
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Everything is very clean and accessible. There is plenty of room and great people around.
|Recommended: YesReview — Great
|Recommended: YesAlpine Village — It's so beautiful inside and outside
|Recommended: YesPretty good — The room’s carpet is not soft but everything pretty clean
|Recommended: NoStealing Your Money — Charging 620 with utilities and parking for these Harry Potter closets is a joke. 65 utilities per person with 4 tenants per apartment is 260 a month for 1100 sqft. Utilities for a 6000 sqft house don't even cost that much Then they tell you to not open your fridge often and take cold showers to reduce your bills, but when we turned off our AC heater and water heater for a month our cost was exactly the same, 65. Then we ran our AC at 63 degrees 24 7 for a month early summer and it cost.....you guessed it 65. Lies lies lies. Don't move here, the hot tub isn't worth it unless you enjoy literal screaming until 3am every other night.
|Recommended: NoManagement is the worst — Alpine village looks for any and every chance to screw you over and get your money. They sometimes have cleaning checks, and when they do, youll probably fail because they want money. And on the cleaning check paper it says you have 48 hours to resolve any issues with the cleaning checks, but if you go in and talk to the office they say, ooooo that sucks. We just tell people you have to deal with it. Sorry
Literally anywhere else is and will forever be better to live.
