|Recommended: NoAlpine village is a place for me to sleep and that’s all — living here is nice and social. there’s quite a bit of trash everywhere and if you don’t have a parking pass you are completely screwed. have fun having to walk 15 minutes away for parking where you won’t get towed. might as well just ask to get raped, kidnapped, or killed. it’s not safe to be walking late at night alone. especially as a young woman even if you do have a parking pass, it is incredibly expensive. other than that they hold lots of social activities which is nice. but there are barely any chairs to lay out at on at the pool. so everytime i want to go to the pool i don’t. and most of the staff are not all too smart.
response from property -Hey Sarandon, thank you for leaving us a review - we appreciate your feedback. For parking, we offer 80-85% of spaces available for residents - which is more than most of the complexes here in Provo. If you feel unsafe, you definitely can have a roommate who has a pass pick you up then drive back to Alpine! :) We are currently ordering more chairs for the pool area. As for the staff, we have all been trained & understand the lease so I am confident that my staff are smart and know what they are talking about! :)

|Recommended: NoUpdate your FAQ page — Your website is all but useless, all the information available pertains to how to pay you, and your FAQ page is a joke. This is the second time I've sent in a review because the website keeps insisting I make one, so here.
Hey Jennifer, we appreciate your feedback as we always look for ways to improve! Our website focuses on leasing - which is the floorplans, rent price, amenities, etc... For any questions, we always let residents know to contact the office directly via email, text, call, or walk-in! :)

|Recommended: YesI really enjoy the atmosphere here and think it is a great place to live. — There is plenty to do, and easy to socialize. It is very friendly and they have great LDS wards. The grounds are clean and they are super easy and helpful when problems arise. I think that Alpine Village is a great place to live.
