We appreciate your honest feedback. Court-side facing apartment do tend to hear a lot of the activity from the pool, hot tub and basketball court. We're happy to accommodate residents by switching them to the other side of the building!
|Recommended: YesGreat Atmosphere — I really like living here. I feel like it might be more expensive then what you get for it because the rooms, closets, and living space is small, but it has a good atmosphere. The underground parking is amazing I just wish we paid for specific spots so that I would always have a parking space. I hate when I get home and I cant find anywhere to park! They now have a hot tub! The office and maintenance are great and get things done in a timely manner considering how many residents there are. Overall it is a great place to live!
Thank you for your feedback! We agree that parking is one of the many perks living at Alpine Village. Provo parking can definitely be a nightmare, but our complex is fortunate to be able to hold 87% of our residents on the property!! 2014 - 2015 was unlike past years in that we sold almost all of our parking stickers to current residents!
|Recommended: YesBEST place to live in Provo! — Alpine has seriously been my favorite place to live! I ve lived at other complexes but this one has by far been the best! They have underground parking so I don t have to scrape snow off of my car and they just got a hot tub which is going to be awesome! The maintenance team is the best all around and everyone is really just really friendly and helpful! Love this place! Definitely renewing!

The management here is AWESOME It is a bonus how nice and welcoming they all are. Also, the maintenance crew ROCKS Over all this place is awesome and I would tell everyone to live here
|Recommended: YesNice place, slightly misleading price — Its a nice place to live, maintenance is REALLY on top of things. It is expensive unless you get a year long contract, and they surprise you with how much utilities cost, so although its advertised at $365/month, I would count on closer to $420/month instead.
Thank you for your input, Matt! Utilities are based on usage each month per apartment. The lovely office staff members are happy to go over utility billing questions and provide you with a breakdown of your individual usage! In general, residents pay a flat rate of $18 per month for internet and cable, then the electric and water bills vary depending on apartment total usage. We're happy to hear your overall experience has been an enjoyable one at Alpine Village!
|Recommended: YesLOVE Alpine Village — So, I m not one to write reviews usually, but I ve been really impressed with the experience I had living at Alpine Village. The office staff are warm and friendly as you walk through their door and have treats all around the office to take. Seriously, there is a TON of candy Maintenance was prompt in completing work orders and are the nicest people in town. The complex also just got a new hot tub which everyone s wanted since the place was built so that just made this place even better. It s in a convenient location, has awesome wards, and the staff put on some really fun activities. Overall experience has been great
