|Recommended: NoIt is overrated and bad management — a lot like an iPhone with ios 6-- nice hardware but crappy software. The apartments are nice but the management could improve and relations with the tennets could be improved greatly

|Recommended: YesGreat place, bad appliances — I feel like for such a nice place you went cheep on appliances. They should all be replaces with high quality ones but I really doubt you would dish out the money for that for people our age. That's my experience with these type of things.. The temperature in my room is a lot lower than the rest of the apartment because i have two windows which are poorly insulated, however i usually don't mind it because i like things to be a lot cooler. Overall i think everything else is great.
