|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live — I have loved my stay here at Alpine Village I will admit that it is a bit on the expensive side, but comparatively to other places I think that the amenities help pay for it and make it worth your while I would recommend this place to others for sure I wish that there was a bit more parking so just make sure that you secure a parking pass. The ward I am in is great and there is a decent amount of activities for you to attend both through the wards and through Alpine Village. Overall, I have loved living here and would come back if the opportunity arises

|Recommended: YesSUPER NICE. Pretty. Well Kept. — I have loved my experience here at Alpine Village. My roommates were very friendly and nice. I made lots of new friends. The ward I was in was the best single's ward I have been in so far. I loved the atmosphere and the environment. The only thing that didn't like was that rent was SO expensive. I have seen other apartments that were just as nice or better for cheaper rent and utilities. I loved that the apartment had a washer and dryer in it. That was a must for me. I would probably stay here if the rent wasn't so expensive.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best in Provo — I like how new and modern this apartment is. The wards are great The rent is average. The only thing is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything outside your window. The wifi is google fiber so it works when you're close to the router, but you need a range extender if you're not the first room next to it. Overall, it's a great place to live especially for Student Housing

|Recommended: YesToo Small and Expensive Utilities — The people are great and its a nice apt. The rooms are too small and the utilities are way to expensive
We appreciate your review! Residents do have the option to request the first bedroom of the apartment which is slightly bigger than the other three. Utilities are based on usage. If you'd like to stop by the office, we'd love to give you some tips on how to maintain a low utility bill!

The environment and appearance is outstanding. — Alpine Village has outstanding activities to get students involved in getting to know each other. It has been my favorite living experience, since I have returned from my Mission. I love the professionalism with the Management Team at Alpine Village.
I am also very impressed with the Maintenance. Every time I have put in a request for some kind of fixing in my apartment unit. They have promptly and respectfully have done an excellent and professional job.
I would highly recommend my friends to live here.
