|Recommended: YesReliable — You will not be treated like you're just another dollar sign. Maintenance responds quickly. If you want to stay and tell the office, they won't pretend to accidentally sell your contract to someone else. It's not noisy. I love the colors of the building I really like living at Alpine Village
|Recommended: YesAwesome — It is amazing to have private rooms with bathrooms that are incredible. The front office staff is friendly, and there are a lot of social activities that are always happening.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Fantastic Complex The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The maintenance crews might take a bit to fix the issues, but they are quality repairs. Fun atmosphere and great people live here
|Recommended: Yes10 — amazing, social, clean
|Recommended: YesGreat friendly place — It was a nice place to live but the parking situation stinks
|Recommended: YesGreat — i love it
|Recommended: YesI feel at home when I'm there. — Several missionaries looking for a place to live and athletic recruits moving to provo have asked me good places to live. I always highly recommend they live at Alpine Village. I have loved my experience this semester and grateful I live here.
|Recommended: YesI think Alpine is overall a good place to live with a good, friendly envrionment. — I would tell them that I like living here, but that it can be expensive for a college student.
|Recommended: YesAlpine Village Review — It's definitely one of the nicer apartment complexes. I love the underground parking. It is a little on the expensive side but if you're looking for a more adult feel to your college experience this is a good place. You can also request to live with tenants around your age.
|Recommended: YesNot Too Shabby — I've gone into the office a few times and have not treated like I was a hassle being there. Maintenance moves at a fairly good rate, but sometimes it takes a while before they show up.
|Recommended: YesI like how spacious and private it is. — I love living here. It is kinda of expensive but I get my own room a washer and a dryer in my apartment. It's great. The people here are so fun and nice. Especially my ward.
|Recommended: YesVery nice apartments — It is a super nice place to live. Everyone is friendly. The apartments themselves are clean and well kept up. All of the amenities are very nice as well.
|Recommended: YesGood College Community — The location is really convenient, and I love the underground parking. The biggest problems I have are the lack of ventilation in the kitchen living area, because the room turns extremely smoky whenever I cook and there is no way to let it out without letting flies in with the doors open. Also, I feel like Alpine Village is very stingy-- there are so many costs and the policies for a failed cleaning check, etc are just terrible. Another problem is that the construction is pretty bad. My bathroom door does not even lock, and the dresser drawers I got are always stuck at halfway open. The pros include the fast maintenance service, great air conditioning, and relatively new buildings.
response from property -Thanks for your review, Rose! If you put in a maintenance request for the bathroom door and dresser drawers maintenance can come and see if they can fix those things!
|Recommended: YesGreat — It's a great atmosphere, the people are awesome, the apartments are nice. Overall, I love living here
|Recommended: YesBest Quality for the Price — Alpine Village is a great place to live and is the best quality for the price in Provo. I have lived at Alpine for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. I would recommend Alpine Village to anyone looking for good quality student housing.
And we have loved having you here, Allan. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us!
