|Recommended: YesIt worked well for the circumstance but there are definitely changes that could be made. — It is a nice apartment complex to live in but my room faced the basketball court and I could hear people playing basketball out there all hours of the night. Parking is very limited and I was put on a wait list when I moved in which left me with no where to park even though I was living there already. This was a huge issue.

I know this response is a bit late, but I definitely appreciate hearing what you think and being able to address your concerns. The basketball court and pool areas do create a lot of noise, so we actually hired on a group of patrolmen to make sure that after hours noise concerns are taken care of. |Recommended: YesVery nice place to live — I love the apartment and the location - both are very nice. Cleaning checks were a bit stingy once. I did not enjoy being in the ward here at all. The grounds, parking, and apartments were excellent though.

|Recommended: NoAverage — Alpine Village is nice it's clean, well kept, and everyone is generally friendly. If you're looking for a nice place to live in THIS IS IT However, If you're looking to have a life, go somewhere else. There is nothing very substantial here and for the price that I pay, I expected more from them. There are hardly any social events, the hang out spots are not comfortable, and the parking if you don't have a pass SUCKS. That being said, everyone here is nice, the staff is very friendly, the Jacuzzi is awesome, and the rooms are very spacious. I wouldn't steer anyone away from Alpine, there is nothing super wrong with it. Just check out other places and know your options

|Recommended: YesIt's a beautiful, fun apartment complex with a good social life. — I have a room right over the hot tub, so I get to hear people partying every night, which makes it difficult to sleep, which can get annoying. Walls are paper thin as far as noise goes. Other than that, the amenities are nice, and I loved having a washer and dryer. Everyone working here was always friendly and professional and willing to work with me on staff. Overall living hear was a good experience.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — I have loved my time at alpine village. It's not the cheapest, but it is one of the nicer complexes around. The staff are all friendly, maintenance wasn't always as prompt as we had liked but it got resolved. All around good place to be.

It is a very social place which is good when you are trying to get to know knew people. There are a lot of fun activities that they put on so that makes the experience better. I have enjoyed my stay here and look forward to staying here.
