|Recommended: YesRich, fun, open, well worth it — The amenities are nice and the internet is fast. Personal laundry machines is super nice and the layout is open and comfortable. Huge underground parking - nice in winter. The complex does attract a certain bratty entitled crowd, but I've been happy with the community as a whole Amazing management, helpful and honest - very clear - property manager is cool and professional. Utilities come in high due to ISP cable media charge, and parking is pricey, BUT I don't regret anything... will miss this place won't miss the rent

|Recommended: NoVery nice Too expensive — I love living at Alpine, the apartments are very nice, as is the clubhouse and pool. Unfortunately, Alpine Village is very expensive for a college aged student. It's very stressful not knowing how much you'll exactly be charged for each month due to the fluctuation of utilities. I would recommend Alpine to someone who wasn't in college, as for a college student I probably wouldn't recommend it.
Hi, Rylee! Thank you for your honest opinion. We do try to keep our rates down as much as possible, which is why we do events like our grandfathering renewal event earlier this year which allowed our current residents to renew at the same rate they have this year for next year's lease term. While we cannot guarantee prices lower than anywhere else in Provo, we can guarantee that we will continue to maintain our pool, hot tub, gym, and other awesome amenities that we feel truly help us stand out from other places here in Provo. For one, we have upgraded our internet to gigabit speeds, and we are working to upgrade the hardware in some of our second floor apartments so that your internet is as uninterrupted as possible! We are also hiring on a new cleaning checker to help with your checks, since we have heard your complaints and want them to be addressed. |Recommended: YesNice — Alpine village has been an exception to all the other student apartment complexes here in Provo. The front office is fantastic and they have bent over backwards and still continue to do so to help me.

We have heard these complaints in the past, which is why this year we began our renewal season with offering a "grandfathered" rate to all of our residents to renew for next year. We are hoping to be able to keep rates reasonable for everyone, but we also know that what we have to offer goes beyond a lot of other communities in the Provo area. One example of this is our gym, which we just serviced and are now upgrading and making state-of-the-art! |Recommended: YesJust a Review — I really do love living at Alpine Village. It is a beautiful complex and its super nice having my own room. The only negative thing I would have to say is once I called in an emergency maintenance order and it wasn't done for 48 hours, someone said that they would call be back and they never did. Also, I don't think there is a heating vent in my room, so sometimes I have to pile on the blankets because I am cold. But other than those two...the community is amazing and I plan to live here for the rest of my time at BYU.
We have loved to have you here, Tyrnee! Thank you for your honesty. We recently had maintenance turnover, and our new maintenance supervisor is WONDERFUL and already cares about you all so much. We used your emergency situation in one of our training exercises and we think you'll be much happier with the state of things at this point.
