|Recommended: NoPool Nuisance — The property is nice, but the pool nuisance is really bad after midnight. We are told to contact non-emergency Provo Police but they don't do anything because they have bigger things to worry about like crimes. The property management doesn't do anything to remedy the situation.
|Recommended: YesFriendly people, nice place, good parking. — I would tell them it's a pretty nice apartment and I was always able to find a parking spot in underground parking. I have nice roommates and a great ward But I would also say it's really expensive so I don't plan to be here forever.
|Recommended: YesOnly problem would be noise — Overall I'm having a pleasant stay at Alpine Village.
I don't have a car so cannot rate parking.
But besides that staff members have been nice and kind. They helped me out whenever I needed help.
Maintenance was done properly whenever I submit work order. It might need some time to be done if necessary still it was understandable so have no problem with that.
Only problem would be the noise. I can hear neighbors too well especially next door and those he live one floor above me. Whenever they do laundry or use dryer, it makes noise. Also when they run inside their apartment.
Besides that I'm loving my life here at Alpine village and would recommend to those who are looking for a housing nearby BYU.
|Recommended: YesUtilities expensive but great place — Nice apartment. I have enjoyed living here and love the clubhouse gym spa. Front desk are alright.. I liked the tall girl but she must have left...she always took an interest in how our living experience was and worked hard to make things right.
|Recommended: NoIt's pretty good. — It's expensive, but there are a lot of amenities. Parking is silly because you can't park in the above ground parking if you are a resident.
|Recommended: YesBest management every — Living here is awesome. All the staff members are amazing and so helpful. The maintenance is great and super quick
|Recommended: YesGreat — Everything is great except utilities
response from property -Hi, Jansen! We are happy to hear that you have been satisfied for the most part with your stay here, although we are sorry to hear that you have taken issue with your utility bills; we base our utilities solely on the bill we receive from Provo City, and have worked with them closely since last summer to have the most updated information for utility billing for you guys. If you feel that your bill is a little high this month, we would love to show you a breakdown of the cost! Please feel free to stop by our office for more information and we would be more than happy to give you all the information you need! -Kate @Alpine Village

|Recommended: YesOverpriced, has its issues, but overall fun place to be — Overall, it is a nice place, but super overpriced for what you get. The noise levels from neighbors is out of control, and the parking is kind of ridiculous, for residents and visitors. There is no where to park when it's the Fall, and it is hard to know all the rules for visitors too. It is a safe, fun place though. I have enjoyed it here overall.
|Recommended: YesDecent place to live — So i wrote a very in depth review on google of how my experience was at alpine village. A quick summary would be Parking and location to BYU is amazing big plus , the grounds were well kept and the living quarters were good. And the staff was always very friendly, kind and helpful plus remembered me so that is a big plus for me as well . However my biggest issues were as follows
Maintenance could take extreme amounts of time, such as when my AC was out for a month in the middle of July or the elevator being down for 2 months. The courtyard can be very noisy when facing into it, and being right above the pool i could here all the partying in the hot tub at all hours.
And lastly the price. I enjoyed this place and was even willing to put up with the inconveniences and noise to a point. But Alpine is too expensive in my opinion. I really enjoyed living here, but when i can get better amenities at 70 less a month i will jump on that, even if the travel is longer to BYU. If you dont mind the price and the noise, i think this is a great place to live. But for me the price was too much for what i go out of it.
Thanks for your honesty, Daniel! We have enjoyed having you here, and your feedback last summer actually helped us a lot in improving our maintenance staff's response time! We are continuing to work hard on the elevator, and are scheduling with a repair company now! While we do feel that we have priced our apartments fairly based on the market value, we would love the opportunity to improve if you have other ideas of possible amenities we could install to make Alpine Village feel more at home for you. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out and let us know! -Kate @Alpine Village
|Recommended: NoGood place to live except elevator has been not working for about a month — Walking 5 flights of stairs carrying groceries or other armfuls of items is very inconvenient without a working elevator.
Hi, Austin! We agree that the elevator situation needs to be remedied as soon as possible, which is why we have hired a consultant to negotiate it to be reopened and mended to safety standards until we can arrange for a faster overall repair. We are sorry for the inconvenience it is causing, and we promise we are still working daily to get this taken care of for you! -Kate @Alpine Village
|Recommended: YesIt's a really nice place. — It's private but social at the same time. The people in the hot tub get loud.
Hi, Brooke! Thanks for your honesty! We have loved having you here, and we are grateful for your patience while we try to work out a better system for our hot tub during quiet hours. Let us know if you have any other questions! -Kate @Alpine Village
|Recommended: YesThis is an amazing place and if you are looking for friends and a social place this is it — The people are great and you make many friends. And it's clean, with all the appliances you need. Definitely the place to have fun and live
Thanks, Kyle! We are glad your experience has been a positive one. The points you brought up are some of the biggest reasons we work as hard as we do for you guys. If you think of anything you'd do to improve our community, please let us know! Have a great day! -Kate @ Alpine Village
|Recommended: YesAlpine village is amazing. super nice and fun atmosphere — It is really nice. Great wards and atmosphere. Always something social going on which is so great. Apartments are wayy nice too. There is a washer and a dryer in the apartmrnt which is great Only thing to consider would be parking. Make sure to get a parking pass as soon as they are available or you may not get a spot Overall amazing apartment complex
Hey, Kelsey! Thanks so much for your feedback! We will miss having you here with us, but we have appreciated your choosing us as your home this past year. Best of luck in the future, and have a great summer! -Kate @Alpine Village
|Recommended: NoEverything is amazing except for the neighbors. — Everything is great, except the noise. This is definitely a party apartment complex, the neighbors upstairs were jumping around every day, having a girls night from what they told the officer when I had to call the police on them. AWFUL And management didn't do anything about it. In my past experience with other managements, usually one of the management team members would go talk to the other residents directly about it. But instead they just told me to call the police so--what can you do ...
Hi, Autumn! We are so sorry to hear about your frustration with your nieghbors! We understand that this can be frustrating (sleep is important, don't let anyone tell you differently!) Because of this, we actually did reach out to your roommates upstairs and let them know that there have been multiple noise complaints from neighbors and to keep it down during quiet hours. We recommend calling the police to get an officer out to address the noise immediately when it does occur, but please continue to let us know when they create noise again and we can reach out and try to find a more long-term solution for you all! -Kate @Alpine Village
