|Recommended: YesGreat but thin walls — So far it’s a lot of fun. A lot like living in the dorms except way nicer. The amenities are awesome. The problem I have are the thin walls. I am in the fourth floor and can hear basketball players and the pool from the courtyard. The elevator ding is exceptionally loud. Basically if there is a person in the hallway, I know. |Recommended: YesA good choice — I am very happy so far with my decision to love at alpine Village. There were some issues with cleanliness in the apartment but nothing a bit of work couldnt fix. I am now very happy with the apartment and everyone has been so nice and helpful.

|Recommended: YesGreat property, apartment it was filthy. — The property is beautiful and very social. Great for meeting new people. My apartment was disgusting. There was hair in the couches and carpets, nothing had been vacuumed or wiped down, and there was stuff that the previous renters had left everywhere I cleaned the apartment head to toe, even though this should not have been my responsibility. This was very frustrating and ruined move in day for me.
|Recommended: YesIt's fine — It's just fine. The apartment itself is good, but I was on the waiting list to get a parking pass the whole time I was there even though the underground parking was always mostly empty.

|Recommended: NoPoor experience, don't live here on your own money fees galore — I had a very poor experience. poor maintenance, there was an emergency exit sign that was broken and taken off the wall, it was kicked around the hall for months and I let management know and they never replaced it. As I am moving out, there is still the wires hanging exposed from the ceiling. The electricity charges are ABSURD. I was charged over 100 some months in utilities that means they think we used almost 500 of utilities in a month between 4 guys. Even after I moved out and couldn't sell my contract, the bills stayed the same which is ridiculous. The atmosphere is great though if all you care about is meeting fun people this place is a good fit. But just know you will never know what rent is. The gym is nice to have but the other amenities like billiards and ping pong were unusable. The soda machine is nice to have as well. great pool and hot tub always a social scene. Basketball court is also fun, they sometimes play soccer as well. Having washer dryer in unit is a nice plus as well. overall 2 stars

We are so glad you love the clubhouse & basketball area - we love those as well! :) For utilities, they usually go up in the summer months and we bill our residents what we get billed from Provo City. |Recommended: YesAlpine Village gets the important stuff right but there is room for improvement. — Overall I think Alpine Village is a great place to live The staff is friendly and always willing to help. although not perfect, the apartments themselves are overall pretty good Alpine Village also always has fun competitions and activities to keep you excited But, there is room for improvement in little things. Compared to other nearby student housing, Alpine Village's hallways and parking garage needs improvement. The hallways are dark, gloomy and not very clean. The parking garage struggles from poor lighting as well, with randomly damaged or removed ceiling tiles scattered around the ceiling as well.
|Recommended: YesNice private rooms in a social environment — I love living here because it is a fun social environment and the private rooms are great. I feel like I am overpaying on a few things though like utilities and parking. So if you do want a nice place, Alpine is great but you'll definitely be paying for it.
|Recommended: NoConfused about utilities — I enjoyed the pool and the gym but was confused why the utilities were an extra 100 bucks.
|Recommended: YesBe careful where you park — If you don't have an expensive parking pass, you will get booted. They put me on a waiting list to get a parking pass, and then I got booted while hauling my stuff up to my apartment alone because they didn't explain the parking rules to me. I was there for maybe an hour and a half - they're brutal.
|Recommended: YesGreat, professional, clean, and friendly — Everything is well kept, and the service is great. A fun atmosphere and fantastic amenities.
|Recommended: YesGreat place but we could use the air conditioning without charging for hot — I would say I like the private rooms and the living room with the kitchen are very comfortable. And the other thing is that we have the elements to wash and dry the clothes inside the apt.
