|Recommended: YesThe Best Place to Live in Utah — I love living at Alpine Village. I feel so comfortable here and feel as if it’s easy for me to make friends and to have fun. I don’t plan on leaving unless I have to.

|Recommended: YesCould be more accommodating — It’s overall a nice spot to live at, however, utilities is too much, insurance charge isn’t reasonable because I don’t have insurance with alpine village, with that being said there are silly little charges. With the amount I pay, I should have a better vacuum, better paint job on the walls, etc. parking pass is too expensive, I would expect anywhere from like 10-15 a month and finding parking without a pass is tricky. Visitor parking spots is extremely limited including on the road. Some visitor parking Spots can also be far and confusing to find. There needs to be more pool chairs because they only have about 6-8 and about 40-60 people sometimes are at the pool all at once. Pool is nice though, gym is nice and lounge area.
|Recommended: YesFavorite Place to Live in Provo — I've lived at a few different apartment complexes in Provo and Alpine Village has been my favorite by far. It's expensive and the price seems a little unfair for the size of the room and what they charge for utilities but overall I loved the time I spent at Alpine Village. Great amenities, clean and up to date apartments, and a very social scene. I never had any issues working with management either. I would definitely recommend AV to friends of mine.
